First-sale onboarding flow
The guide recommends one first run: connect Shopify, import a few products, then process one real paid order end-to-end.

Connect Shopify
Create or update a Shopify Dev Dashboard app, grant the required Admin API scopes, and paste credentials into Hypercape BIZ.

Import and activate products
Add products to Import List, send them to Shopify, optionally edit variants and pricing, then set Shopify status to Active.

Sync one paid order
Only normal paid orders containing Hypercape-imported products sync. After payment, Hypercape begins fulfillment.
SECTION 02
Margin, shipping, and policy basics
Partner sellers own Shopify pricing and customer promises. Hypercape charges supply price plus freight per order, then ships after payment.

Profit formula
Profit equals customer product price plus customer shipping minus Hypercape supply price and shipping cost.

Shipping choices
K-PACKET is lower-cost and slower where available; EXPRESS is faster and available globally. Hypercape selects carriers by destination.

Duties and returns
Customs, VAT, and clearance fees are generally the importer/customer responsibility. Do not refund before Hypercape confirms a return case.
